Shipping policy

We typically ship products the same day they are ordered or the following morning, except for on Sundays or in any circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING TO US ADDRESSES

We ship products via United States Postal Service for a flat rate $8 and no additional handling fees. For orders of $75 or more, WE'LL PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, so in many cases it is best for our guests to put an expansion pack or two in their cart so they get more fun instead of paying for boring old shipping costs.

In fact, more than half of the people who buy our games also buy expansion packs, and nearly one in five people buy the main game and all the expansion packs because that big bundle is such a great deal. Many also buy more than one copy of the main game so they can gift one to a friend. Anyway, our point is, we'd rather you have fun games than pay for shipping. 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

We have negotiated discount rates up to 73% off with UPS and DHL, and pass these rates on to you without any markup or handling fees for us. When you checkout, just select the service you want and we'll ship via the service you most prefer.
